Hi, I'm Robert.
In 2014, after years of addiction and living in survival mode, I had a spiritual awakening that changed the trajectory of my life. But the awakening was just the beginning — the real work was learning how to actually live differently.
I spent years exploring every holistic practice I could find — breathwork, meditation, Reiki, cold exposure, somatic work, nutrition, movement. Some helped. Most didn't stick. Until I discovered that nothing works sustainably until your nervous system feels safe enough to let it.
That single insight changed everything. And it's the foundation of Reclaim.
Today, as a Reiki Master, certified breathwork practitioner, and holistic wellness coach, I guide driven individuals through the same body-first transformation that took me from rock bottom to a life of purpose, presence, and genuine peace.

Who is this program for?+
Reclaim is for driven individuals — professionals, entrepreneurs, and ambitious people — who look successful on the outside but feel like they're running on fumes on the inside. If you're dealing with chronic stress, burnout, self-destructive patterns, or a general sense that something needs to change but nothing you've tried has stuck, this was built for you.
What makes this different from therapy or other coaching?+
Most programs start with mindset — telling you to think differently, set goals, or just try harder. Reclaim starts with the body. Through nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic practices, and lifestyle optimization, we build the physical foundation that makes lasting change actually possible. By the time we get to mindset work, your body has already started to shift. The transformation isn't forced — it's inevitable.
What's the time commitment?+
One 60–75 minute private coaching session per week, plus 30–45 minutes of daily practice (breathwork, movement, journaling). You'll also have a brief midweek check-in. The daily practices build gradually and become your morning and evening routines — so by the end, you're not adding time to your day, you're restructuring it.
I've tried everything and nothing sticks. Why would this be different?+
That's exactly why this exists. If willpower, productivity hacks, and positive thinking worked, you wouldn't be here. The reason nothing has stuck is that your nervous system has been in survival mode — and you cannot build sustainable change on a dysregulated foundation. We fix the foundation first. Is this program virtual?+
Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom, and you'll have between-session support via voice memo or text. This means you can do this program from anywhere in the world.
What if I need to miss a week?+
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. The program is flexible because it's 1:1 — we adapt to your life, not the other way around.
